You are solely responsible for your purchase, so please choose your products carefully before purchasing and placing your order with us.
Freeze Dry Australia are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a significant problem. This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- The packaging has been damaged, or the food is spoiled.
Returns:
Freeze Dry Australia does not accept returns unless mutually agreed. Any product shipment returned to us due to the customer’s refusal to accept delivery will not be accepted as a return under any circumstance.
