Orders:
Freeze Dry Australia accepts online orders via the www.freezedryaustralia.com website.

Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped using Sendle where possible. For certain regions, delivery addresses or order sizes, we may also use Australia Post or a 3rd party courier.

Sendle:
This service does not require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Full tracking is available using this service.

Australia Post:
Shipping rates are calculated by Australia Post.
On checkout, you have the option of selecting –
· Signature on delivery/Registered post
· Express post
· Extra insurance cover
*All orders are sent with tracking for peace of mind

Standard Delivery Times:
Australian metro area – express: 1 to 2 days
Australian metro area – standard: 2 to 5days

International Shipping:
International post options have tracking. The express option always requires signature on delivery.
International standard: 10 to 20 days
International express: 5 to 7 days

Return to sender:
Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details. Please Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Freeze Dry Australia strives to dispatch orders within one business day of cleared payment. During periods of high demand, delivery delays may occur. We accept no liability in the event of delayed delivery.
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate delivery method if a method of delivery is not specified by you at the time of order.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact us.
If insured items are lost or damage in transit, contact must be made with us to organise compensation via the carrier.

Insurance:
Extra Insurance is optional and recommended by Freeze Dry Australia. Customers opting to decline optional insurance render themselves fully liable for any loss or damage of delivery for any reason.
Please note that insurance only covers transit from dispatch until arrival at the nominated delivery address.
Insurance does not cover incorrect or incomplete delivery address details provided by the customer or a third party signing for the delivery unless specifically authorised.

Cancellations:
Cancellation of an order that has been paid can only be made with immediate notification after the order has been placed. A cancellation will not occur if the order has already been shipped.
Any cost of fees imposed by a cancellation request will be absorbed entirely by the buyer.

Refunds:
Freeze Dry Australia does not issue refunds if you change your mind. Exchanging your order can be arranged upon request on a case by case basis.

Returns:
Freeze Dry Australia does not accept returns unless mutually agreed. Any product shipment returned to us due to the customer’s refusal to accept delivery will not be accepted as a return under any circumstance.
Please contact us before any return.

Missing Order:
If there is any problem with the items supplied in the order- for example, any components missing, then please contact us, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Age of Consent:
In placing an order with us you are declaring that you are of the proper legal age to purchase the selected item or items. Should we discover that you are not legally entitled to be purchasing these goods, we will not be obliged to complete the transaction.
