Shipping Information
Delivery in Australia
- Orders under $150: $5.50 flat rate, anywhere in Australia.
- Orders of $150 or more: free shipping. The $150 is your order total including GST, after any discounts.
Every order is packed and sent from our factory in Coolum Beach, Queensland. We send most parcels with Australia Post. For some areas, addresses or larger orders we may use another courier. Every parcel is tracked, and your tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships.
Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days to metro areas. Regional and remote postcodes can take longer because the carrier delivers there less often.
During busy periods, delivery delays may occur. We accept no liability for delayed delivery.
Orders from outside Australia
Our online store delivers within Australia only. For an overseas order, please contact us and we will let you know what is possible.
Wholesale accounts
- Freight is quoted live at checkout.
- Free delivery within Australia on wholesale orders of $1,000 or more before GST.
- Queensland accounts can collect their order from our Coolum Beach factory.
- Overseas distributors buy Ex Works: your freight forwarder books the freight and collects from Coolum Beach.
Wrong addresses and returned parcels
Please check your delivery address before you place your order. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address are re-sent at your cost. We are not responsible for parcels the carrier redirects to a post office for collection.
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate delivery method if one is not specified at the time of order.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched we cannot refund a change of mind. Our refund policy explains what happens if an item arrives with a significant problem.
