Shipping policy
Every order is sent from our factory in Coolum Beach, Queensland, with tracking.
- Orders under $150: $5.50 flat rate, anywhere in Australia.
- Orders of $150 or more: free shipping. The $150 is your order total including GST, after any discounts.
We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days to metro areas. Regional and remote postcodes can take longer. We send most parcels with Australia Post and may use another courier for some areas, addresses or larger orders.
Our online store delivers within Australia only. For an overseas order, please contact us.
Wholesale accounts: freight is quoted live at checkout. Delivery within Australia is free on wholesale orders of $1,000 or more before GST. Queensland accounts can collect from our Coolum Beach factory. Overseas distributors buy Ex Works and their freight forwarder collects from Coolum Beach.
During busy periods, delivery delays may occur. We accept no liability for delayed delivery. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address are re-sent at the customer's cost. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us.
